All the below workshops require previous agility experience, so please ensure you read the descriptions carefully. 

All About Snooker

Agility is a super fun sport that builds your dog’s confidence and strengthens your bond with each other. Have you been wondering if agility is the right sport for you? Then sign up for this workshop! You will be introduced to some of the equipment used in agility—such as the tunnel, jump, tire and table—and will get a taste of what Dumbledog’s Agility Foundation classes are all about.


No agility experience required.

Winging It

Cost: $25

Who needs jumps? All the handing moves you will ever need can be learned on jumps wings. Add a tunnel and you have a fun and fast class. Your dog will learn all the moves without worrying about manoeuvring his body over a jump bar.

F2 graduates or higher only please.

Basic Gamblers

Do you and your dog need help learning how to work at a distance? Learn how to work as a team from a distance in this workshop designed to build commitment to obstacles so that your dog will love to drive away from you to take an obstacle.

Advanced Gamblers

Do you and your dog already have the basic gambling skills but need to step it up a notch? Learn how to improve you and your dogs distance skills in this workshop designed to determine what skills you need to improve your dogs obstacle commitment and listening skills via physical or verbal from a distance.

In this one hour session we will take it back to some fast and hard back chaining and then move onto opportunities to practice sticking the contact and distance on contacts.  All three contact pieces will be set up for this session.

Start with 2x2s to really solidify their weave entry from there we’ll get you moving fast and consistently through the poles.


Prior 2x2 training is an asset but not required, preferred F2 graduates and higher.

Novice Mini Courses

Come have some fun using all the skills you’ve built so far running a mix of Standard and Jumpers style courses.

K9 Sport Sampler

Disc? Flyball? Or Agility?  Not sure what sport is right for you and your dog?  Join this workshop to learn a bit more about each before commiting to a full session for your favorite. 

No sports experience required, basic training and class experience an asset.

Distance Clinic

These clinics will address directionals and discrimination skills. The dog will work on foundation for working ahead, directionals, and moving laterally and layering.

Practise your dog's weaving skills on a fun mini course with weave poles and tunnels only.


This class is for dogs that can already weave 6 poles.
