Amanda Quinn
Instructor & Web Design

While new to dog sports, Amanda is not new to dogs.  She has had a dog (or two, or three) ever since she moved into her first place at 19.  Past breeds of choice were Chihuahuas, and Great Danes; yes at the same time.  In 2019, after getting her first "sports dog", a Standard Poodle, she dove into ALL dog sports.  She has found a renewed love for training dogs, and has a passion to help others, especially to overcome the training barriers she faced with her dogs.

Quinn: 4 yrs, Standard Poodle, loves all sports.  The goal was to try sports and find which he likes the best.  Turns out Quinn loves them all, so they continue to spend the large majority of their spare time dabbling in classes, and sports.  They hope to title in Rally-O soon!  They really do "try it all":

Agility. Flyball. Dock Diving. Disc. Scenting. Rally Obedience. Rally FrEe. Tricks. Acting. Chase Ability. Hiking. Biking. Skijoring. Kick Sledding.

Veet: 1 yr, American Hairless Terrier.  Veet came into the family in late 2021, and brought some terrier tenacity with her.  She has proven to be different (sometimes difficult) to train.  She's a vocal gal with some attitude to back it up.  However, she is a smart one, and received her Novice Trick Title before she was 5 months old and now also holds Intermediate, and Advanced titles.  Watch out for her in some of the sports her brother dabbles in, and you'll soon see why her nickname is Jumping Bean.
